What this schedule includes
The printed sheet has a grid with 8 medication rows down the left side and 14 columns across — two per day (AM and PM) for each of the seven days of the week. A name line at the bottom of the sheet lets you label it when printing for a specific person. The Large Print toggle increases the font size and row height throughout.
How to use this medication schedule
- Print the sheet — click Print or press Ctrl+P (⌘+P on Mac). Portrait orientation fits the grid on one page.
- Write in your medications — list each one in the left column, one per row. If a medication is only taken once daily, you can use just the AM column.
- Tick or initial each cell — after taking each dose, mark the corresponding day/time cell. A quick glance shows which doses have been taken and which have not.
- Print a fresh sheet each week — start a new sheet every Monday for a clean weekly record.
Practical tips
- Stick the sheet to the fridge or a kitchen cupboard door — somewhere you will see it when you take your medications.
- Keep a pen nearby so ticking the box takes no effort.
- If you assist someone else with their medications, this sheet provides a clear shared record that everyone in the household can check.
- Bring completed sheets to appointments so your care team can see the weekly pattern of doses taken.
Frequently asked questions
- How is the weekly medication schedule laid out?
- The grid has one row per medication and two columns per day — AM and PM — across all seven days of the week (Mon through Sun). You write the medication name in the left column and tick or initial each AM/PM cell as you take each dose.
- How many medications fit on the schedule?
- The sheet has 8 rows — enough for most people. If you take more than 8 medications, print two copies and split the list across both sheets.
- Can I use this as a daily medicine chart?
- Yes. The AM/PM columns make it straightforward to use as a daily ticking chart for the week. Write the medication name on the left, then tick or initial each cell after taking each dose.
- Is there a large-print version of the medication schedule?
- Yes. Toggle Large Print in the settings panel. The font size and row height increase so the grid is easier to read and write in.
- Is this a prescription or medical advice?
- No. This is a blank organisational form for tracking doses you have already been prescribed. It does not advise you what medications to take or when. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions.
