Privacy Policy

The short version

Everything you type into a The Printable Toolbox tool stays on your device. We do not collect it, store it, or transmit it anywhere. There are no accounts, no logins, and no email addresses required.

What data we collect

Tool inputs: None. All form fields, customisation options, and generated outputs exist only in your browser tab. They are not sent to our servers and are lost when you close the tab unless your browser's localStorage saves them locally (some tools may use localStorage for convenience — see below).

localStorage: Some tools may save your settings to your browser's localStorage so your choices persist between visits. This data never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Server logs: Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, page visited, browser type, timestamp). These are used only for security and operational purposes and are not linked to any personal identity.

Analytics: If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and choose a privacy-respecting provider. We will not use advertising trackers.

No accounts

The Printable Toolbox has no user accounts. You cannot create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal details.

Cookies

We do not set any tracking or advertising cookies. If any technical cookies are set by our hosting infrastructure, they do not contain personal information.

Third-party services

The site may be hosted on a third-party platform (e.g. Vercel). Their infrastructure processes your page requests, subject to their own privacy policies.

Children

The tools on this site are designed for general use, including by children under parental supervision. Because we collect no personal data, there are no special provisions for children's data.
